Job Title: LEGAL ASSISTANT/CHAMBERING STUDENT

Job Description: Legal Assistant

1. To handle legal documents in matters of project-sales, sub-sales, loan (consumer and company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters independently;
2. To handle any Court Files especially relating to Probate and Administration matters ;
3. To liaise with clients, developers, bankers and various government bodies;
4. To maintain/update file status on various platforms of operating systems; and
5. To assist on any other works assigned as and when required to do so.

Chambering Student
1. To assist lawyers in handling legal matters. (Drafting correspondence, cause papers, agreements, conduct legal research, attending case management)
2. To perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement: -Legal Assistant: Possess a Law Degree (LLB) with valid Practising Certificate / Sijil Annual, Chambering Student: possess a Bachelor’s Degree, in Law (L.L.B), and CLP / Bar qualification)
-Possess own transport
-Proactive and able to work independently and as a team
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Fresh Graduates or equivalent are encouraged to apply
