Preparation of summons, affidavits, and handling debt recovery matters (both contentious and non-contentious) at court.
Attending to the execution of judgments through writs of seizure and sale, judgment debtor summons (JDS), bankruptcy proceedings, etc.
While prior experience is not necessary, experience in banking litigation would be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to travel.
